Rescued: Sheba (Willow)
Sheba is a great horse who is ready for adoption by an intermediate rider. She was born in 2006.
Sheba was adopted, but due to circumstances beyond her control, has come back and is ready for another adventure!
Some history, Sheba came to us as a county seizure in late May 2011.
And here she is in late June.
Sheba has come a long way. She returned from the trainer in the Fall of 2011 and is doing well. She will be a great go down the road horse or trail horse but due to an unknown neurological problem, she will not be able to run any timed events.
Victoria and Sheba became instant partners.
Victoria rode Sheba and they had a great friendship. Victoria calls her "Willowsheba."
She is known to us here at the Rescue as “Willow.” She does best in small herds of either herself or one other horse, preferably a gelding.
If you would like to help us care for this horse and others like it, find out how you can sponsor us monthly.
