Foxy is a beautiful standard bred mare who was rescue from a kill pen. The Save Our Standardbreds From Slaughter (SOSS) rescue group paid her kill pen release fee and asked Hope to take her in. Sweet natured, Foxy is a retired pacer with spirit and energy. She is in quarantine and still needs an evaluation before she is available for adoption.
