The Transition To Hope
When donkeys, mules, or horses arrive they are evaluated for health and provided the best care possible from rehabilitation or medical treatment to regular farrier care and vaccinations. Equally important is giving them time to decompress and realize they are in a safe place. Transitioning equine not only include those new to Hope, but any who need time for rehabilitation, or recovery, or event the occasional mare who arrives pregnant or with a foal.
